The Children's Library is in the Annex on the lower level of the Ketchikan Public Library and has a cheery toddler play area, a small media room for children to watch Library videos, a computer with preloaded CD ROM games for fun and information, and a Teen Corner for reading and browsing.

The Children's Library provides the best in children's literature and nonfiction books, as well as videos, CD ROMs, audiocassettes & CDs, periodicals, and books on parenting and child development.

The Alaska Internet Circle of Safety is a resource for adults who would like to teach their children to be responsible online citizens.
